ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT: All electrical equipment controlled by a frequency inverter is located in a compact electrical panel positioned on top of the crane trolley.

CONTROL: The crane is controlled via a wired control system moving along the bridge and a remote control.

OVERLOAD LIMITER: In accordance with FEM and machine safety directives, it is provided by a load cell device on the carrier axle.

ROPE GUIDE: A guide system ensures that the rope is wound and unwound properly within the drum grooves.

HOOK SYSTEM: Forged alloy steel hook blocks, adaptable to various hook equipment levels thanks to different pulley variations.

LIMIT SWITCHES: Safety switches that limit the minimum and maximum approach distances.

HOIST MOTOR: Systems that operate with single or dual speeds, meeting at least IP55 protection class. Its main function is to convert electrical energy from the grid into mechanical energy for the system.

BRAKE: Electromagnetic brake system with high torque retention capacity.

GEARBOXES: Helical gear systems working in an oil bath, suitable for industrial applications.

BRIDGE TRAVEL MECHANISM: Mounted on girders using a high-quality screw connection system. Driven by an efficient helical gear reduction system, designed according to ISO, FEM, and DIN STANDARDS.
