Crane Sets

For loads up to 60 tons, FMV electric wire rope crane sets are characterized by a high level of modularity. This allows users to build cranes with either standardized or custom components as needed. The crane set consists of lifting mechanisms, bridge traveling units, and an electrical panel group. Our engineers have designed the necessary product groups for single-girder, double-girder, and gantry crane configurations. We provide these services with innovative and high-quality systems, such as frequency inverter technologies.

Our lifting systems are divided into two categories: Single Girder and Double Girder. In Single Girder systems, we offer two different lifting trolleys: KSG and KMH. The KSG series stands out as a side-suspended system for low headroom applications, providing maximum lifting height and approach distances. The KMH series is preferred in places where high lifting heights, custom constructions, and high duty classes are required. It is flexible in terms of compatibility due to the drum group being positioned below the girder.

In Double Girder systems, we offer optimized solutions with our KDG system crane trolley. With its low-profile structure and design calculated according to FEM/ISO 2m/M5 standards, it guarantees the most efficient working conditions. Its modular structure allows it to easily adapt to very high lifting heights and high-duty classes.
